Kailey Cullin (Dip. CBST, Cert.PDTST) owner at Cape Cod Dog Center, is our in-house Professional Dog Trainer & Behavior Consultant; offering an array of services to meet all of you and your dog’s specific needs and goals. Topics of interest may include but are not limited to: puppy kindergarten, basic obedience, advanced obedience, manners, and aggressive or fearful behavior.
All training sessions are positive reinforcement based and force free, never needing the use of potentially harmful short cuts or aversive tools such as prong or ecollars to get results. By using a modern, ethical and science based approach to animal training, you and your dog will both enjoy effecient and effective communication and increase the bond you share with each other! We are the only training program of this kind on Cape Cod.
All training plans will be custom designed by CCDC owner and nearly 20 year dog trainer Kailey Cullin to meet your personal needs and goals. The lessons will focus on but will not be limited to the following life skills: sit, down, settle/place,come when called, stay, wait, drop it, leave it, loose leash walking, heeling, no jump greetings and more! We also offer a puppy specific option for puppies 8-16 weeks to receive early socialization and training foundations!
*Note* If you are needing help with fear, anxiety or aggressive behavior, this program will not cover these goals and I am happy to discuss with you private training/behavior options to address these needs.

Dog Day School Training Sessions
Dog Day School Training Sessions:
Add on to your pups stay efficient and effective 30 min training sessions to any (M-W) daycare day with a minimum commitment of 6 sessions to start. During these sessions I will target your personal goals and send you video updates of your dog’s progress. In the initial six sessions your dog will learn 1-3 new concepts of your choice. Once completing the initial 6 sessions, you are free to add on more training sessions as needed if you want to continue to expand upon your dog’s training.
Sessions will teach your dog the life skills and manners they need to be at thier best, making you a proud pet parent!
Tuition: $180 for 6 sessions, $30 a la carte
Intensive Learning Program
Intensive Learning Program:
This 4 week program would target all of your dog’s basic manners, sit, down, come, stay, loose leash walking, drop it, leave it etc. I can also cater it to your personal goals and desires, for example: if they jump on guests, we would work on polite greetings. This includes the cost of (M-W) full days of daycare and would require a commitment of bringing your dog these days for 4 consecutive weeks. All materials will be provided for your dog’s multiple training sessions each day. After school each day you will receive videos and a progress report. Once the 4 weeks are completed we will do a wrap up 30 minute session all together to help you succeed with training at home after graduation!
Tuition: $2,500
Schedule a behavior evaluation in advance with our in house professional dog trainer/behavior consultant.
Applicants must provide their current proof of the following: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines and Town Dog License.
Upon completing the behavior evaluation you will receive the results, as well as our opinion on if our services are right for you and your dog.
Once the application process is complete, we will give you a tour of our facility and you may schedule your dog’s first day of daycare or boarding!
